Rag Quilts, T-shirt Quilts, and Upcycled crafts

Some call me the Quilting Queen, if you look at the quilts I make, you'll see why. Ohers just call me Melissa. My purpose in life is to restore the lost art of needlecrafts and quilting to create priceless mementos of things we love. I make rag quilts, themed quilts, and just generally have a blast sewing things together.

Where Quilting meets Upcycling

My favorite thing to do is to use an old pattern to up-cycle clothes, linens, home decor... basically, all the things!

Have a pile of old shirts you just cannot seem to donate because of the memories associated with them? Turn them into a tshirt quilt.

Have old baby blankets that you just can't bear to toss?
Cut 'em up and turn into stuffed animals.
